By accessing this site, registering an account, or placing an order with VS Peps you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or place an order.

All products sold by VS Peps are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. You may not administer them to humans or animals.

The Research Use Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Placing an order constitutes your representation that you have read and accepted it.

You represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing solely for laboratory research or for a research entity you are authorized to act for, and that the jurisdiction you are purchasing into permits the receipt of the products you order.

We do not ship to addresses where the products are restricted by local law. The list of excluded states, provinces, and countries is published on the Shipping & Restrictions page and may change without notice. It is your responsibility to confirm legality of receipt and possession in your jurisdiction. We do not provide guidance on regulatory status in your jurisdiction.

You agree that you are not on any U.S. denied-persons, specially designated nationals, or export-control restricted list and that you will not re-export the products in violation of U.S. export laws.

No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. We make no efficacy, safety, dosage, or therapeutic claims.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is accepted in supported cryptocurrencies through our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, customs, or import taxes assessed in your jurisdiction.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from our fulfillment facility. Shipping timelines are estimates only. Customs delays, refusals, or seizures by carriers or government authorities are at your risk. See the Research Use Disclaimer for handling responsibilities.

Because the integrity of the cold chain cannot be verified after a vial leaves our control, all sales are final once shipped. Pre-shipment cancellations are accepted by email within four (4) hours of order placement. If you receive a damaged or visibly compromised shipment, contact us within 48 hours with photographs; we will replace or refund at our discretion.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You will not:

• Use the site or the products in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the products without prior written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, jurisdiction, or research-use intent.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other users.

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Independent purity verification is published per batch on the product page; we do not warrant any analyte beyond what appears on the published Certificate of Analysis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VS Peps and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold VS Peps harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, your violation of any law, or your administration of the products to humans or animals contrary to the Research Use Disclaimer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware.

Class action waiver. You and VS Peps each agree to bring claims only in your or its individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the Changelog. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
