and what we don't.

VS Peps is the operating brand of Aspen Unity Capital LLC (Delaware), the data controller for the information described below. Contact: privacy@vspeps.com.

We collect only what we need to process and ship your order:

• Email address (account, order receipts, optional marketing).
• Shipping name and address.
• Order history and contents.
• Cryptocurrency transaction identifier (paid to or returned by our processor).
• Login session tokens (account holders).
• Basic technical telemetry: IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages visited, for security and aggregate analytics.

We do not collect government identification, payment card data, social security numbers, or biometric data.

• Fulfilling your order and providing order status.
• Account access and authentication.
• Fraud prevention and security.
• Customer support correspondence.
• Aggregate, de-identified analytics for product improvement.
• Marketing emails about new products, batches, and editorial — only if you explicitly opt in.

We process information under the following lawful bases of the GDPR and UK GDPR:

• Contract. Order processing, shipping, account access.
• Legitimate interest. Security, fraud prevention, aggregate analytics.
• Consent. Marketing email. Withdrawable at any time.
• Legal obligation. Record keeping required by tax and trade law.

We share information only with the service providers needed to deliver your order:

• Shipping carriers (name and address for delivery).
• Crypto payment processor (transaction reference only).
• Transactional email provider (email address for receipts and shipping notices).
• Cloud infrastructure (hosting, database) under contracts that restrict use to operating the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use third-party cross-site tracking pixels.

Our infrastructure is hosted primarily in the United States. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

We keep order and tax-related records for seven (7) years to comply with U.S. tax record retention rules. Account profile information is kept while your account remains active and deleted on request thereafter, except where retention is required by law. Marketing email preferences are retained until you unsubscribe or close your account.

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage only for: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart between visits, remembering your theme preference, and counting first-visit experiences once. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You may clear cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and empty your local cart copy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw marketing consent.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA / UK) or your state attorney general (U.S. states with privacy laws).

The site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Account creation requires confirmation that you are 21 or older.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable authorities within the timeframes required by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the Changelog.
