Shipping & Restrictions

Where we ship,
and where we can't.

Working draft

This page must be reviewed by counsel before launch. The text below is a working draft.

01

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship to U.S. addresses via tracked carrier with cold-chain packaging for compounds that require it. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are shipped the same day; orders after that ship the next business day. Estimated transit is 2–4 business days within the continental United States.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date and we will coordinate a carrier claim.

02

International shipping

International shipping is offered only to a limited list of destinations and is not guaranteed. Customs delays, refusals, or seizures by carriers or government authorities are at the buyer's risk. You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or broker fees assessed in your jurisdiction.

You represent that the receipt and possession of the products is lawful at the destination address and that you are not located in, ordinarily resident of, or shipping to a country or party subject to U.S. comprehensive trade sanctions.

03

Restricted U.S. jurisdictions

We do not currently ship to addresses in the following U.S. jurisdictions due to local statute or controlled-substance scheduling that affects one or more compounds in our catalog:

  • Louisiana — Act 422 controlled-substance scheduling.
  • U.S. Armed Forces (APO/FPO) addresses.
  • U.S. territories outside the 50 states and District of Columbia.

This list is non-exhaustive and may be updated without notice. The legality of any specific compound at your address is your responsibility to confirm.

04

Excluded countries

We do not ship to addresses in countries subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine), nor to recipients on any U.S. denied-persons or specially designated nationals list.

Additional countries may be excluded based on local statute or our internal compliance review. If your jurisdiction is not on our list at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

05

Compound-specific restrictions

Some compounds in our catalog are subject to compound-specific export controls or jurisdictional restrictions independent of the general rules above. Eligibility at checkout may differ between products. If a compound is unavailable to your address, this will be surfaced before payment.

06

Cold-chain handling

Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temperature in insulated packaging validated for extended transit. Refrigerated and frozen products ship with gel packs or dry ice. If a shipment arrives with visibly compromised packaging or thawed cold packs intended to remain frozen, photograph the package before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

07

Customs and re-export

You are the importer of record for international shipments. You may not re-export the products in violation of U.S. or destination-country export laws. Misrepresenting product contents on customs forms is your responsibility, and we will not falsify documentation.

08

Address accuracy

We ship to the address as entered at checkout. Address corrections after shipment are at the carrier's discretion and may incur fees. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
